Diphu :  Three people were gravely injured in a frontal crash between a moving truck owned by Assam Power Distribution Company Limited and a bike with a pillion rider near Hamren English LP School located in PWD Colony of Hamren town of West Karbi Anglong today afternoon. 

The bike rider and his companion were swiftly taken to Guwahati Medical College & Hospital and the truck driver was rushed to Haji Abdul Majid Memorial hospital of Hojai district. The accident occurred at around 1.00 pm, when the speeding bike with registration number AS-31 0811 bumped with the mobile truck (registration number AS02AC 0380) coming from the opposite direction. 

The injured persons are Moses Tisso nineteen years, Chinthong Timung seventeen years and the driver of the truck Khonsing Rongpi. Eyewitnesses have to say that, the accident occurred due to irresponsible bike driving paying no attention to rules.
