NEWS 1- The Prime Minister, Narendra Modi dedicated to the nation, AIIMS Nagpur today. AIIMS Nagpur, being developed at a cost of more than Rs 1575 crore, is a hospital with state-of-the-art facilities, with OPD, IPD, diagnostic services, Operation theatres, and 38 departments covering all major specialty and super specialty subjects of Medical Science. The hospital provides modern healthcare facilities to the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra and is a boon to the surrounding tribal areas of Gadchiroli, Gondia, and Melghat.
The Prime Minister was accompanied by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Eknath Shinde, the Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari.
NEWS 2- Bhupendra Patel is to take oath as Chief Minister of Gujarat for the second consecutive term on Monday. Bhupendra Patel was elected as leader of the BJP legislature party by the newly elected MLAs in the presence of party observers and senior leaders Rajnath Singh, Arjun Munda, and BS Yediyurappa in Gandhinagar.
NEWS 3- Two militant organizations in the North East will surrender tomorrow. The two militant organizations will formally surrender in Assam’s Hailakandi district in Katlichhara. More than 1100 militant members of the two militant organizations will surrender.
Once a terror unit is known as the Bureau Revolutionary Army of Union formerly known as Bru militant organization. There are 670 cadres, Bru militant group. The militant organization was born in 2014 with the Riang people
The militant organization had been terrorizing the Barak Valley region for almost 9 years with huge weapons including AK 47. Finally, the government promised to fulfill their demands, as a result of which they will surrender informed minister Piyush Hazarika
NEWS 4- RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat is on a 5-day visit to Assam and Northeastern states.Bhagwat arrived at the Guwahati Airport last night and was accorded a warm welcome by RSS cadres. Today Bhagwat attended a function of the RSS ‘Prerna Shivir’ at Chandrapur in Guwahati. RSS chief would also be attending several programmes in various parts of the Northeast during his five day long visit.
