NEWS 1- The Supreme Court dismissed the plea challenging the reservation bill for the financially backward in various central government jobs. Parliament passed a bill to provide job reservations for the financially backward. Against this, various organizations filed a case in the Supreme Court. A five-judge bench of the Supreme Court, after hearing the case today, said in its judgment that the financially backward are entitled to reservation. However, two judges including the Chief Justice opposed this verdict.
NEWS 2-Karimganj MLA Kamalakha opened his mouth about the results of the class III employee recruitment exam in the Assam government after the failure to provide jobs to the youth of Barak Valley in class IV. On Monday, the working president of the Assam Pradesh Congress organized a press conference at Karimganj Avarta Bhavan.
Barak’s boys and girls are deprived of jobs. He highlighted that the silence of Barak’s BJP leaders will make people question them one day. He said the leaders of the ruling party often say that Barak’s youth lack talent. So MLA Kamalaksh threw a question at those leaders and said that if the people of Barak were lacking in talent then how did 12 young men and women from Barak valley pass the APSC examination?
NEWS 3- The body of a woman was found with her head crushed in the Chandranathpur area on Kanthal Road in Silchar town. On Monday morning, when passers-by noticed the dead body lying on the road, panic spread throughout the area. Police immediately arrived after receiving the news of the incident and recovered the body. They sent the dead body to Silchar Medical College for post-mortem. The woman’s name is Jharna Pandey. Whether the woman’s death was not an accident or she is murdered is not yet known but police are still investigating.
NEWS 4 -The much awaited Delhi MCD elections will be held on December 4. The result will be declared on December 7. This election was postponed for a long time. The Aam Aadmi Party of Delhi has repeatedly objected to this. Finally, the Election Commission has decided that the election of 250 wards of Delhi Nagar Corporation will be held in December. There has been a heated argument between the ruling party and the opposition party in the last few months around this election
NEWS 5- The leaders of Chhota Dudhpatil threatened that if the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Cachar is not transferred to Chhota Dudhpatil there will be a bigger public movement.
The leaders of Chhota Dudhpatil held a meeting on Sunday and strongly demanded the transfer of the DC to Chhota Dudhpatil. Soon the demand will be presented in writing to the Deputy Commissioner and MPs.
They stated that many Government big projects were planned to be done here but never implemented. They made it clear through the media that they will not accept repeated deprivation anymore
