NEWS 1- The winter session of Parliament may end a week earlier than scheduled, reports news agency ANI. This decision has been taken in view of the recent ruckus going on in Parliament. The winter session was supposed to last for 23 days but concluding a week earlier.
NEWS 2- BJP has no contribution in freedom struggle. Congress shed blood in the freedom struggle but not a dog of BJP died. Rajya Sabha were in turmoil today following Congress party leader Mallikarjun Kharg’s comments. Union Minister Piyush Goyal asked Kharge to apologize for the remark. Kharge informed that he did not make this statement inside the parliament. And it is true that the predecessors of BJP did not participate in the freedom movement.
NEWS 3- Rajya Sabha President Jagdeep Dhankar today used strict words to the MPs for disorder in the Rajya Sabha. He said an outsider made this comment. Remember that 135 million people are laughing at this. He requested the MPs with folded hands to remain calm.
NEWS 4- The winter session of the Assam Legislative Assembly began today. On the very first day, the Assembly became heated over the evictions and the invasion of Mizoram. Opposition MLA Akhil Gogoi was thrown out after being marshalled.
The opposition Congress and AIUTF termed the eviction as inhumane. Incidentally, 985 bighas of land in Assam’s Nagaon district were recovered during the eviction. About 6 thousand police personnel participated in this eviction.
NEWS 5- It is wrong for India to imitate other countries: Sangh chief Bhagwat.
While working for the development of the country, we should be careful not to imitate any other country. If India imitates any other country, then the country will not be able to move forward’. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat advised the central government in an event on Sunday for the development of the country. Bhagwat was speaking at the centenary celebrations of Suraj Prakash, the founder of Bharat Bikash Parishad at the Birla Matangi Sabha in Mumbai. He said we should move forward based on our own culture and civilization. It is not possible to blindly imitate other countries.
