Senior Indian Police Service officer Rajiv Singh was on Thursday appointed as the new DGP of Manipur, according to an official order.

NEWS 2-Amit Shah says under retired HC chief justice probe committee will be formed

Union Home Minister Amit Shah informed that the Central Government would constitute a probe committee to be headed by retired Chief Justice of a High Court to investigate incidents of violence in Manipur that have led to the loss of lives and damage to properties. He assured that the investigations will be carried out without any bias and discrimination and the guilty will be punished.

NEWS 3- PM hopeful of glorious relationship with Nepal
Recalling the ‘HIT’ (Highways, Information ways and Transways) formula he had suggested for the India-Nepal relations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday referred to the new connectivity links with the Himalayan nation and said many important decisions have been taken to make bilateral partnership “super hit” in the future.
