17 Houses were damaged, out of which 4 houses were totally damaged; the four affected families were shifted to temporary arrangement houses
Due to unprecedented rainfall which led to massive landslide at Alahuto Colony and DC Hill Colony OF Zunheboto town IN Nagaland for the past three weeks, the hardships of people have been increasing.
17 Houses were damaged, out of which 4 houses were totally damaged and school going children were affected and property damaged due to landslide in two colonies at Zunheboto in Nagaland in the evening of 16 September.
There is no report of causalities or injury to the inhabitants of the town. Yhe District Administration led by Deputy Commissioner, Peter Lichamo immediately conducted spot verification on the same day in presence of GBs ( village heads) and ward council members and took stock of the situation, wherein, the four affected families were shifted to temporary arrangement houses and the district administration has also released relief fund to all the affected families.
