Governor of Manipur Dr Najma Heptulla today administered the oath of office and secrecy to three MLAs and two ex-MLAs as Ministers.

The five Ministers who took oath are Sorokhaibam Rajen, Thokchom Satyabrata Singh, Oinam Lukhoi Singh, Vungzagin Valte and Okram Henry Singh, in a ceremony held at Raj Bhavan, Imphal.

Chief Minister N. Biren Singh, Deputy Speaker Kongkham.Robindro Singh, MLA Heikham Dingo Singh, MLA Ashab Uddin, top police and civil officials among others were present in the swearing-in ceremony
