Senapati: The District Level Officers meeting was held today at DC Conference Hall, Senapati with Deputy Commissioner, Senapati, Mamoni Doley, , in the chair. The meeting was deliberated mainly on the celebration of 77^th Independence Day 2023.

 During the meeting, it was discussed that the venue for celebration of I- Day 2023 will be held at Sanyi Dahrii Memorial Sports Complex, Khabung Karong. For the success of the celebration, various works allocation and responsibilities were given out to different departments. She also informed that there will be a cleanliness drive on 12 August, 2023 by the District Administration.

On the day, Commendation will be given out to employees for their outstanding service rendered to the District Administration.  The programme will consist of cultural programme from different communities and march past competition of different schools and colleges. There will also be a friendly football match between District Administration and public for both men and women.

She also appealed to all the DLO’s to follow plastics free protocols while organizing any departmental programmes. All DLO’s and staff were also asked to attend office regularly to avail public needs and queries, she added.
