Imphal – Jiribam National Highway 37 has been cut off since last evening due to a massive rockslide that occurred at Nungdolan near Sibilong Village, Tamenglong District of Manipur.

The rockslide and debris that dumped in the middle of the road blocked the passage of every vehicle and many vehicles were stranded now on both sides of the road. Meanwhile, since this morning, two excavators that belong to  Bharatiya Infra Private Limited ” ( BIPL) that manned the road and  Barak bridge is being pressed into service to clear the rockslide and debris till the time of filing the story.
