In a historic day, a Memorandum of Understanding is entered into on this the 22nd February, 2023 by and between District Sports Association, Chandel the official organisation responsible for development of Sports in Chandel District, Manipur represented by Shri Ts. Chamna Anal President,DSA,Chandel AND Stadium FC a Youth Club and residential Academy based in Bangalore, Karnataka represented by Shri Arun Bhatt Managing Trustee, Sports Stadium Trust who are providing football development program with education option to youths.

The signing of MOU was held in a beautiful place Dweller Saka Caffe, Japhou Bazar, Chandel with official witnesses by Shri Lucky Kalia Head Coach, Stadium FC and Shri Ng.Beling Moyon Asst.GS DSA,Chandel.

In the mutual agreement both the parties promises to have a good partnership and relationship between it to enrol talented youths from the District Chandel in the Academy with an aim to train them and develop football for a long term sponsorship of 3 to 5 years under agreement. The parties further agreed to start Grassroot Football program for boys and girls in age group of 8 years to 14 years in Chandel District.With this a trial selection for U/18 and U/21 was held today at MUGHSS ground,Japhou Chandel wherein the selected players (now pending) will be taken to Bangalore soon.
