CCPUR : A new sale point for OMSS rice in the district was opened today at S. Kawtlian Village taking the total of such sales points to four.Deputy Commissioner Dharun Kumar S, Additional DCs Khaikhopau Ngaihte and Jameson Hangsing opened the OMSS rice sale point today at S Kawtlian.

Other sales points are Mini-Secretariat Complex, Tuibong; ADCC Town Office, Hiangtam Lamka and Lamka South BDO Office, Khominthang.Rice is being distributed at the rate of Rs. 32 per kg to the public. Each household is entitled 5 kgs of rice per day under the scheme.
