In the recently completed 20th National MTB Championship held in Panchkula,

Haryana from 28th to 31st March, Khundrakpam Ronel Singh, s/o Khundrakpam

Nabachandra Singh of Ningthoukhong of Manipur won Gold in the in the U23 XCO event.

Khariksing Adonis Tangpu from Ukhrul of Manipur won Silver and Bronze in Elite Men XCO Time

Trial and Mass start respectively.

Thotmachan Awungshi also from Ukhrul won silver in Junior Boys XCO Mass Start. The three cyclists from the state have also been selected for the forthcoming Asian Championship to be held in Malaysia next month.

The Manipur Adventure and Mountain Biking Association (MAAMBA) congratulated the riders.
