Sub-Divisional Officer (C) Wokha, Tsidi has informed all concerned that because of the major mudslide caused by the incessant rain and consequent road blockade at Wokha Village location 80+300Km to 80+400Km in Wokha District.

NH-2 Wokha-Mokokchung road will remain closed from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM on 16th October 2022 to allow clearance of mud and rock debris.

Therefore, all medium and light vehicle travelers on the Mokokchung-Wokha-Kohima route have been advised to use the diversion route Alichen-Mangmetong-Doyang Reservoir-Wokha “O” Point during the said closure period.
