A recent ruling by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-III in Hyderabad has directed a popular restaurant in Jubilee Hills to compensate a customer with ₹5,000.

The restaurant failed to provide complimentary drinking water and levied unjust service charges. The complaint was lodged by a Secunderabad resident who had a distressing experience.
