The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar support this Saudi’s move to recognized Pakistani medical degree

Saudi Arab recently rejects several Pakistani doctors’ Post Graduate degree and even they asked to be fled or to be deported as soon as possible. The Saudi Ministry claimed that Pakistani postgraduate programs not upgraded with proper training and infrastructure which is very essential to hire medics in high rank. Dawn newspaper revealed a report which shows hundred of medics are affected by this Saudi kingdom’s decision. The United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Qatar support this Saudi’s move to derecognize Pakistani medical degree. In 2016 most of the Pakistani doctors were hired when the Saudi Health Ministry conducted interviews in a different area of Pakistan like Karachi, Lahore, And Islamabad, the report revealed.
Saudi commissions sent a letter to the Pakistani medics with a write up ‘Your application for professional qualification has been rejected. The reason is that your master degree from Pakistan is not acceptable according to the SCFHS regulations’.
One of a doctor holding Pakistani Masters degree argued to the dawn, ‘the same degree program offered by India, Egypt, Sudan, and Bangladesh was being accepted in Saudi then why it is different for Pakistan’.
“Our new fast-track visa route will be a key part of this – encouraging the world’s top scientists and researchers to our shores.”
