SOF Felicitates International Olympiad Winners of 2018 -2019

the country attaining International Ranks in Olympiad were Awarded

On 2 nd June 2019, Science Olympiad Foundation organised a felicitation
function to recognise and award the International winning students’ teachers and principals of Olympiad exams held during the academic year of 2018 –During the function, the top three international rank holders from classes one to twelve participated for the 6 Olympiad exams conducted by SOF were awarded. Over 50000 schools from 1400 cities across India and 30 countries participated in the Olympiad exams during 2018 -2019 and around 50 lac students appeared in the Olympiads.

Former Chief Justice of India Dipak Mishra, was the Chief Guest, also present were guests Michael King, Director Examinations, India British Council, Ranjeet Pandey, President, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and V. Ramaswamy, global head TCS ION.

Delhi students shine in International Olympiad, Vansh of class 11 th from The Mann School got International rank 1 in International Company Secretaries Olympiad received gold medal and cash prize of one lakh rupee.
The top 25 principals and top 50 teachers from 30 countries whose students put up exceptional performance at international level were also felicitated with cash awards, mementos and citations. The Pencostal Assembly School principal Rita Prasad was awarded with best International Principal award.
Science Olympiad Foundation aims to identify, motivate and reward talent and performance at the international level, state level and also school level. It attempts to develop a spirit of competitiveness among students and to prepare them to face competition.
