At least seven suspected Bangladesh were apprehended by the police at the Agartala Railway Station in Tripura. The suspects were nabbed by the Government Railway Police (GRP), Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Tripura police

At least seven suspected Bangladesh were apprehended by the police at the Agartala Railway Station in Tripura.

 The suspects were nabbed by the Government Railway Police (GRP), Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Tripura police.

 They were nabbed as they were boarding the Kanchanjunga Express.

 They allegedly entered India illegally and had no valid or legal documentation with them.

 The nabbed persons have been identified as Easin Hawlader (44), Mohammad Hasan (20), Sukur Ali Hawlader (19), Farjana Akhtar (20), Rumi Begam (21) accompanied by her daughter (10 months), Nayan Hossain (25), and Md Matiur Mandal (26).

 They according to the police had confessed to having entered India illegally.

 They claimed that they were in India in search of jobs.
