Haflong : A week long Summer Theatre Camp 2023 is being organized by the KimDaula Media in association with Guwahati-based Jirsong Theatre, at the Don Bosco HS School, Haflong from 3 rd to 9 th July 2023.

Coordinated by Kulendra Daulagupu and to be mentored by Robijita Gogoi, an alumnus of the National School of Drama (NSD) and nationally acclaimed theatre director and her team of four members, the workshop is open to all age groups and aims at imparting practical and realistic acting skills to the aspiring and budding talents.

Theory and practical lessons on body language and voice, story-telling, action-reaction, music and sense of rhythm, audience facing and technicality, face painting, theatre games, improvisation and production process etc. will be
imparted in the workshop.

Presented by Swapna Daulagupu on behalf of KimDaula Media and supported by the Cultural Centre, Dima Hasao Autonomous Council, the workshop is expected to usher in a new era towards establishing modern theatre in Dima Hasao, apart from honing the skills of the aspiring actors and directors.
