Chief Minister of Manipur N. Biren Singh attended the 46th Foundation Day Celebration of the All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union at Manipur Press Club on 16th September.

He tweeted ‘Journalism being my first profession, I would do everything possible for the welfare of the journalists and the fourth estate of the State’.
