Chief Minister of Assam, Sarbananda Sonowal inaugurated a Handloom (Cluster) Project at Lalmati, Dibrugarh.

The constructed was under aegis of Tai Ahom Development Council at the cost of ₹ 1.40 crore. The cluster will boost production of handloom products, while generating employment opportunities.
