Participant:- Aapda Mitra Volunteer, Civil Defence Volunteer, Scouts & Guides, NCC,NSS & Disaster Management Officials, Press Reporter & Students.

At auditorium programme will be from 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs.
At field live demo of Amateur Radio equipments & accessories followed by live Communication over Amateur Radio from 1600 hrs to 1630 hrs.

1400-1410 hrs:- Inviting Guest on dias.
1410-1420 hrs:- Opening of the seminar by lightening a candle with Vedic chants.
1420-1430 hrs:- Welcome address by Sri Anup Biswas,VU3GWI, Secretary Haflong HAM Radio Club.
1430-1530 hrs:- Amateur Radio & Human Security for all – A presentation & interaction by Sri Biswajit Saha, VU2LJB State Resource Person for Amateur Radio.

1530 to 1540 hrs:- Online talk by Sri Rammohan Suri, VU2MYH Director National Institute of Amateur Radio, Hyderabad.

1540 to 1550 hrs:- Online talk by Sri Ambarish Nag Biswas, VU2JFI, Secretary West Bengal Radio Club.

1550-1600 hrs:- Vote of thanks by DPO,DDMA, R B Phukan

1600 to 1700 hrs live demo in field by THRC Volunteers.
