Conversion of careless into careful and useless into useful Indian youth is the greatest challenge in the implementation of NEP with the greatest limitation of overpopulation in Bharat, told Professor Goel
Muzaffarnagar, Oct. 09 : “We need to accept the challenge of competition with the foreign institutions by spiritual training of teachers based on sermons from Gita and Anu-Gita to become unique even if weak,” believes Prof. M. M. Goel, Former Vice-Chancellor known as Propounder Needonomics School of Thought superannuated from Dept. of Economics Kurukshetra University.
He was addressing online to the participants of the faculty development programme (FDP) organized by J.K.P. (PG) College Muzaffarnagar today on the topic ‘Role of a Teacher in Implementation of National Education Policy ’. Prof. Seema Jain Principal of the college welcomed and presented citation on the achievements of Prof. Goel.
The fraternity of teachers deserves to be known as children of Sarswati in the knowledge economy of India where ‘Sarswati’ is equally worshipped as ‘Lakshmi’, said Professor Goel.
Teaching is the greatest act of optimism, hope, and enthusiasm for empowerment and enlightenment of youth, emphasized Prof Goel from the family of teachers.
Conversion of careless into careful and useless into useful Indian youth is the greatest challenge in the implementation of NEP with the greatest limitation of overpopulation in Bharat, told Professor Goel.
We must educate the educators to think out-of-the-box solutions to the problems of the students and overcome the limitations and face the challenges, said Prof. Goel.
We have to understand our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges for existence and excellence in the teaching profession, said Prof. Goel.
We need to reduce the scarcity of teachers by encouraging shadow teachers out of senior students under the earn-while-you-learn scheme, believes Needonomist Goel.
Spiritual enthusiasm is needed to say no to crimes of all kinds as deteriorating standards in education are caused by Spiritual bankruptcy and commercialization, said Prof. Goel.
To implement NEP with commitment, we require street-smart teachers (simple, moral, action-oriented, responsive, and transparent) with effective leadership qualities, told Goel.
