He added, under the IAY Special Project a fund was sanctioned by the central government to provide financial assistance to earthquake affected beneficiaries, whereas till today the said funds did not reach to the beneficiaries of Jiribam.

The All Jiribam Muslim Socio Economics and Cultural Development organisation (AJMSE&CDO), Jiribam appealed to the concerned authorities of Manipur to sanctioned the fund of 2016 devastating earthquake affected beneficiaries of Jiribam District.
On Sunday, speaking with the media persons Md. Abdul Rof, Acting General Secy. of the organisation said in the month of January 2016 a huge earthquake jolts which effected many houses and properties at Jiribam District.
He added, under the IAY Special Project a fund was sanctioned by the central government to provide financial assistance to earthquake affected beneficiaries, whereas till today the said funds did not reach to the beneficiaries of Jiribam.
He urged to the Chief Minister, concern authority and Minister to sanctioned the fund as earliest. He also cautioned, if the concerned authority fails to release the fund within 10 days then the All Jiribam Muslim Socio-Economics and Cultural Development organisation led the democratic agitation with the support of earthquake effected beneficiaries of Jiribam.
