The 4th Northeast TSD Rally was organised on 6th and 7th March by Heritage Northeast and Anchal in association with Eastern Motorsports and is powered by Adian. The biggest 2-day event Motorsports event of the Northeast was flagged off by Mission Director of Assam Skill Development Mission Anand Prakash Tiwari and senior journalist Pranay Bordoloi from the Nehru Stadium on Saturday.

26 teams including 15 teams outside NE had participated. The rally is being sponsored by Awesome Assam, Assam Skill Development Mission, Mystic Mayong and Swachch Bharat.
The 4th edition had categories like National, Northeast and Best Women’s Team category. Although the course was comparatively shorter due to consideration of Covid protocol than the previous three versions. The players were competing at night time also this time. The first leg of the event had a nighttime course across the Guwahati Metropolitan and Morigaon districts of the state. The second leg had the course through Kamrup Metropolitan, Kamrup Rural and Darang districts of Assam.
