The J&K Pythian Council inaugurated an art and culture program at International Delhi Public School Srinagar, Zukura, marking a significant cultural event in the region. Joining  Goel, the founder of modern Pythian Games were several guests, including Dr. Rafeeq Masoodi,  Tariq Ghani,  Showkat Mohammad Choudhary and  Sheema Manzoor whose support for educational and cultural projects has been widely recognized.
