With the final match between Dolaichunga FC and Dima United FC at Harangajao Public school playground, the 3rd EM’s cup football tournament concluded on Friday.

Chief Executive Member of N C Hills Autonomous Council Debolal Gorlosa along with Chairperson, Ranu Langthasa, Deputy Chairman, Bimal Hojai, Executive Members, Amendu Hojai, Ratan Jarambusa, Bijit Langthasa, Nojit Kemprai, Ngamrothang Hmar, etc witnessed the final match which was organized by Harangajao Sports Association.

Dima United FC lifted the Trophy with a cash prize while Dolaichunga FC got the runners-up with cash prize with the score 3-0.

CEM Gorlosa speaking on the occasion said Harangajao has witnessed a significant development in all aspects. In sports and education more thrust would be given since the EM and local MAC Amendu Hojai has done excellent works for the people of Harangajao.

Amendu Hojai praising the people of Harangajao said whatever change brought in Harangajao, this was only because of people’s love and support.

A total of 31 football teams from different regions of the state participated in this tournament. The tournament was inaugurated by Chief Guest Atul Daolagupu, Mouzadar of Harangajao, Mahidul Jaman officer in charge of Harangajao Police Station in presence of Amendu Hojai, EM, Tejendra Kemprai, Chairman, Harangajao Town committee and GBs.

The tournament started with its first match played between Lenroul FC & Young Star FC on August 5 last.
