Kadamtala Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of HQ 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised Covid Vaccination Awareness Drive in Jenam Valley in Dima Hasao today

Three villages were covered by the team and a gathering of 30- 40 people was addressed at Maucher, Jenamghat and Bara Arkab villages. The villagers were educated about the COVID vaccine and the process of vaccination. All the myths and inhibitions regarding the vaccine not being safe and having side effects were cleared by the team. The locals were made aware of the symptoms one might experience post-vaccination and advised about the medication of the same
