Like every year, the Dima Hasao Zila Sainik welfare organized an Ex-Servicemen Re-union Rally 2020-21 at the district library Auditorium Hall on Wednesday.

Deepak Jidung, ADC attended the program on behalf of District Administration as the chief guest while Bimal Hojai, MAC, NCHAC also an ex-serviceman attended as the guest of honour.

The program was held to create awareness among the Ex-Servicemen about the welfare schemes and to re-union the ex-servicemen in the district. More than 300 ex-servicemen are there in the district of Dima Hasao and more than 200 attended the rally today.

In this connection, the 11 Assam Riffles stationed at Haflong organized a medical camp with two doctors wherein hundreds of members from the families of Ex-Servicemen were treated and provided with free medicines.
