As part of Jan Andolan, a pledge taking ceremony was held at NIT Manipur on Thursday, with the Director of the institute Prof. Goutam Sutradhar leading the campaign.

The employees of the institute took the pledge to always wear mask, face cover in public places, maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from others and wash the hand frequently with soap and water.

The Jan Andolan is a low cost, high intensity campaign driven by people’s participation, for dissemination throughout the country using all media platform.
