The member of HETS gave presentations where they talked about the innovative concepts, objective, values, ownership and also highlighted the various services offered by HETS for startup schools
Dr. Hari Krishna Maram, Chairman Vision Digital India, Chairman -Imperial College and President Lead India Foundations, launched Harvest Educational Transformation Solutions, at Dimapur on 4th February.
The program was chaired by Razouleu Caroline Sorunuo, (National Coordinator & National Media Coordinator, SIETIIE Innovation & Research Organization, Territory Head-Collaboration & Expansion HETS)
The program started with invocation prayer and welcome note where Metsibino Chusi (HETS member Team Nagaland) formally welcomed the gathering. The program was given a traditional touch by a folk song by the Rengma tribe.
An overview of HETS was presented by Kereilhouvi Angami who highlighted that HETS as an organization formed in the year 2017 and is registered under MSME and incorporated with NIED, Govt. of India and said HETS is an evolving institution and is a globally recognized social enterprise providing essential knowledge, assessment, counselling programmes, workplace skills and customized solutions to any individual of educational institutions. He also said that the priority of HETS is mentoring the youngsters the skill they need to manage and thrive on their own independently. HETS also promises to nurture individuality and teamwork, providing maximum exposure, inculcating a passion for excellence, instilling integrity by cultivating a sense of fair play, accountability and transparency in everything we do.

After which the Board of members that were present digitally also took their time to share their concern and also the need to bring about a change in the educational sector. They also took their time to thank HETS, team Nagaland for joining HETS family and expressed their joy that HETS was expanding all across the globe as well.
The chairman of HETS Dr Aruna Wadkar, who attended the program virtually, congratulated the HETS, TEAM NAGALAND for successfully launching the program. As a founder and director, she talked about the gaps in the educational sectors and what can be done to improve and bring it to a global standard, by various educational programmes which have been offered under HETS. She talked about the importance of education and the motive to impart education beyond books. She also went on saying that HETS is composed of people on board of passionate global leaders and with intellectual mindset. She also requested the people to be the change that they want to see, which is also the goal of HETS.
After the talk from the founder the chief guest for the program Dr. Hari Krishna Maram expressed his joy for being invited as a special guest on the launching program of HETS. He said that it was in his bucket list to visit and meet the principles from Nagaland. He said that it is a great initiative to launch this program and will become one of the most successful developing institutions as it is led by a wonderful team.
The program ended with vote of thanks from Momadul Hussain who thanked everyone for being available despite their busy schedule and that their presence has been an immense boost for the organization which was followed by benediction from Medorheno Tsukru.
