To operationalize the Blood Banks a strategic plan is to be developed to ensure the functioning of blood banks in districts where such facilities are currently unavailable.

Deputy Commissioners were directed to take a proactive role in reviewing the performance of health facilities in their districts in close coordination with the Chief Medical Officers.

State-level officers were instructed to assess and review ongoing projects and prepare a comprehensive plan for securing funds to construct buildings for Primary Health Sub-Centres (PHSCs), Primary Health Centres (PHCs), and Community Health Centres (CHCs) lacking infrastructure.

The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of the State Government to improve healthcare services and address the unique challenges faced by the Hill Districts, ensuring equitable access to quality healthcare for all.
