President Sumi Hoho, I Nikheto Jimomi inaugurated a fully automated dental unit at Hezükhu Memorial District Hospital, Zunheboto on 14^th August 2021 in the presence of MS Zunheboto, Dr. C Yanpo Kithan, President STH, Boholi Awomi, and other dignitaries.

Chairing the programme, dental surgeon Dr Easter highlighted the gathering that the facility has been provided by the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Nagaland, through the National Oral Health Programme.

Special guest, I Nikheto Jimomi expressed appreciation to the government of Nagaland for initiating the much required facility at the district hospital. He mentioned that the hospital still lacked behind in a number of ways and he assured cooperation in whatever way possible on behalf of Sumi Hoho, in making the district hospital a desirable institute for treatment for all the patients from the district and beyond in the near future.

Jimomi had all praises for the medical fraternity saying that, at the time of the pandemic, the medical team led by the institutional heads have successfully attended to the needs of the district with the limited resources available, which needs to be acknowledged, he added. He concluded by appealing to the medical staff to operate the facilities judiciously.
