Called for active participation from the party workers on War on Drugs campaign and the drive against poppy plantations
BJP Manipur Pradesh conducted an important meeting which was chaired by Chief Minister N Biren Singh and co-chaired by state unit president A Sarda Devi at Thambal Sanglen (head office of the BJP state unit). It was attended by state office bearers, senior party leaders, district presidents, and senior party workers.
The CM earnestly appealed to the party workers to play a vibrant role in the conservation of the environment (particularly state treasures like Koubru hill range and the state’s gem Loktak lake) and called for active participation from the party workers in the state government’s War on Drugs campaign and the drive against poppy plantations.
He also highlighted and praised the crucial role being played by BJP workers in the delivery of the government’s policies and programmes to the people of the state.
He heartily appreciated the hard work of BJP workers over the last many years and added that the BJP which we are witnessing today is the culmination of the duty, hard work, and selfless sacrifices of the party workers in the interest of the public.
The meeting concluded with a collective pledge to work even harder for the people of the state and to fulfill the Prime Minister’s vision of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas’.
