Located in the heart of the city, right next to the royal heritage of Manipur, this festival is free and open to the public.
Visitors can view and purchase one-of-a-kind works from over 45 professional artists from all over Manipur while enjoying a fun-filled day filled with fine arts, photography, tattoo art, face painting, local culinary delights, community partners and live entertainment.
