This was not a normal election. The INDIA Alliance had the entire media against them. The CBI, the ED, the Election Commission, and the entire administrator were against us.

In the last 2-3 days, the Prime Minister broke the campaigning rule and went and meditated in Kanniyakumari. Everybody else was told not to campaign but the PM was allowed full media in his meditation.

And after all these efforts, the PM barely escaped losing in Varanasi. The BJP lost in Ayodhya, they lost in Uttar Pradesh, and they lost because they were attacking the very idea of India.
