Thank you very much @RahulGandhi ji for taking so much interest in #ManipurViolence. My understanding of your speech in the Parliament is that the violence is the result of a conspiracy by @BJP4India.

It is now well accepted that the seed of this violence was shown in the 1990s when Central and State security forces groomed and armed the Kuki militant groups which were later legitimised as Suspension of Operation (SoO).

It is now well accepted that the violence started when Kuki mobs supported by the armed militants attacked the houses and properties of Meiteis on May 3, 2023 with the Central and state forces remaining as mute spectators.

Is it not true that the policy of grooming and arming Kuki militant groups for use in counterinsurgency measures initiated by @INCIndia in 1990s and continued till date has boomeranged to cause a vicious cycle of violence in Manipur since Kuki-Naga clash of 1992-1997?

If this happens to be true, will @RahulGandhi ji take responsibility on behalf of @INCIndia for this catastrophic military policy of grooming and arming militant groups which has culminated into the present violence in Manipur?
