Rajendra Kumar Nath of Nagaon  Paper Mill departed on 21st September at around 9 PM followed by a severe heart attack, he was suffering from high diabetes,  cardiac diseases. Shyama Kanta Kurmi of Cachar Paper Mill who was suffering from kidney & liver disease departed on 23^rd September at about 3.25 AM.

Both failed to arrange desired treatment in time due to nonpayment of Salary/Statutory dues since Last 57 months and lost the battle for their life at 60+ & 59 respectively, they even didn’t receive a single penny from their legitimate dues of their entire service life withheld by the Government forced them to die without required treatment.

Death toll raised to 95  includes 4 committing suicides in HPC Paper Mills of Assam, ( 10th Death after the new government in Assam came to power lead by Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma) A Govt. Of India, Owned Industries has turned to Valley of Death as like as Holocaust.

While  Natural Justice is rejected by the native Government & inhuman torture increases, the only option that remains open & that is the Citizen Court of National & International Communities, states a press release issued by the employees association of the organization.

It appealed, ‘Respected Citizens, kindly raise voice for justice to save lives & employments to two lacs youths, save future generation.
