Aminul Haque Laskar, MLA of Sonai constituency and who is also the Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly inaugurated the newly constructed Multi-Purpose Hall in Sonai on Friday. This is one of the many projects being either undertaken or completed in the constituency.

The hall is made at a cost of Rs 1. 5 Crores and has auditorium, restaurant, shop, etc.  Speaking on the occasion, Aminul Haque said that during the last Congress government, the hall was only allotted for some contractors, but Laskar fought for it for the people of his constituency.  The hall can be used in a multifaceted way, he said.

Wih 2021 assembly election in Assam is less than 100 days away,  the leaders of the ruling party have already tightened their belt and leaving no page unturned. Most of them started their campaigns, some in terms by addressing people and some by inaugurating new projects

In this race, Aminul Haque Laskar, MLA and Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly has already started his work.  People are appreciative of the development work undertaken so far in Sonai constituency.
