Dimapur : Dimapur faced flash floods and many families got affected as heavy rain on Sunday inundated several colonies in and around Dimapur.

NSDMA team was carrying out rescue operations in several areas. 150 individuals from the Police colony were being shifted to Salt Christian College as the houses were damaged or submerged in water. Assam Rifle personnel were also pressed into service to provide relief and evacuation.
